Orlando, Florida – December 11, 2015 – (INTUITION by Perspective Group) – @Work International, developer of innovative software solutions for the timeshare industry, has signed a new deal for the use of its market-leading Viewpoint software with Hawaiian-based Royal Aloha Vacation Club (RAVC), expanding the company’s footprint in the US market.
Viewpoint Property Management Software (PMS) is the leading reservations and property management software currently used in 90% of traditional timeshare resorts throughout Australia and New Zealand.
“By embracing our technology, RAVC can offer their members a premium service that will enhance member engagement online,” said Peter Vanderhorst, MD of @Work International.
“Offering a complete PMS solution, Viewpoint provides a one-stop-shop for RAVC and its members, including a full suite of Member Online facilities and network services.
“The white branded interface is tailored to integrate in to the existing RAVC website, ensuring their members continue to engage with the brand they know and trust for all their transactions,” he said.
David DiBerardino, President and CEO of RAVC, said, “Viewpoint software allows our members to do everything they need online, so they can enjoy more benefits of their membership with us at the click of a button.
“Our members can now check availability for each RAVC resort, make their reservations, pay their annual dues and review their membership account activities through their own dedicated online portal that they can access 24/7.”
As the developers of the exchange platform for leading independent vacation exchange provider DAE, RAVC’s Viewpoint software will also integrate seamlessly with DAE’s Exchange Management System (EMS), providing RAVC members with complete access to DAE’s global network of exchange resorts.
@Work has been the leading supplier of software for the timeshare industry in the Pacific region for almost 30 years. During this time they have developed both resort management systems, exchange systems and a completely automated interface process between Resorts and Clubs and DAE, RCI and various small, regional exchange companies.
@Work was acquired by leisure group Beneficium in December 2014 to facilitate the expansion of the leading software provider into new global markets.
