Grand Pacific Resorts, a timeshare company based in Carlsbad, California, took home not one, but two prestigious industry awards, Best Marketing Professional and Best Team, from Perspective Magazine’s annual awards presentations honoring the best in the timeshare industry. These awards are considered among the highest achievements in timeshare, as the winners are decided in part from votes by their industry peers. The awards were presented at the magazine’s Gala Awards Ceremony, an annual event at GNEX, held February 17, 2015, in San Diego.
Grand Pacific Resort’s Lisa Wanzenried, Vice President of Marketing Communications, was honored as the Best Individual Marketing Professional. The award is given to the person who plays an integral part of the marketing team, creating programs which deliver value in a cost effective manner. This person also acts as a role model for others on the team and helps make the company a more successful organization.
The company was also honored with the additional award of Best Team which went to Grand Pacific Vacation Services, a newly formed department that combines the servicing of all timeshare owner programs including Grand Pacific Resorts nightly rental brand ResorTime, www.resortime.com and internal exchange program, Grand Pacific Exchange https://grandpacificresorts.com/new-grand-pacific-vacation-services. This award recognizes the achievements and efforts of a company in such areas as sales, marketing, public relations, customer service, reservations, membership, and operations.
