Magic Village by Pininfarina to become Orlando’s first luxury-branded real estate development

Magic DevelopmentInternationally recognized for elite designs of high-end brands such as Ferrari and Rolls-Royce, the award-winning Italian studio Pininfarina was unveiled as the designer of the first luxury-branded development in the Orlando market. Slated to open in 2020, Magic Village by Pininfarina will become the newest addition to the previously announced Magic Place by Pininfarina complex, and the fourth project of Orlando-based Magic Development Group, which boasts a growing portfolio of five-star vacation condominium properties in Central Florida. The new project was unveiled Friday during a special celebration at the Villaggio Restaurant at the company’s first development – The Magic Village 1.

Magic Village by Pininfarina will feature more than 400 townhomes ranging in size between 2,734 square feet and 2,787 square feet, with a starting value of approximately $500,000. Property amenities include a 24-7 concierge service and front desk, a full-service clubhouse, onsite restaurant, a fully equipped fitness center, and a full-service pool. The $250 million project is slated to begin construction in 2018.

Magic Village by Pininfarina will further enhance the Magic Place by Pininfarina complex, a nearly 500-acre development strategically located along the growing tourist corridor of U.S. 192 in Kissimmee east of Interstate 4. With a private investment of $1 billion, the total project is expected to generate more than two thousand jobs, both direct and indirect.

“This unique partnership will blend the very best in Pininfarina design with our stellar reputation for service excellence,” said Rodrigo Cunha, CEO of Magic Development. “Magic Village by Pininfarina will be unlike any luxury vacation property in Central Florida. You can own a Pininfarina Ferrari for $1 million, or own a Pininfarina-designed home for half the price with full service amenities, and experience the perfect harmony of design and hospitality with all that Orlando has to offer.

“Magic Place will forever change not only the landscape and skyline of the region, but the economic future of this corridor by drawing global attention to the most famous tourist area in Kissimmee. This type of luxury-branded development is typically found in markets like Miami, but we are the first to bring it to Central Florida. We are honored to partner with the style and sophistication of Pininfarina to launch this world class real estate development in a true watershed moment for our company,” concluded Cunha.

“Pininfarina uses the combination of tradition and innovation in its design, and I am very proud of Magic Village by Pininfarina. The architecture really is magic, it’s fantastic,” said Paolo Pininfarina, president of the Group. “We have brought the charming and refined European lifestyle to Central Florida in a project that provides a unique experience, uniting sustainability, luxury, technology and art.”

With unique lines and stylish Mediterranean-influenced features, Magic Place is intended to transport guests and residents to an Italian city. The classic design is focused on guest comfort without forsaking technological enhancements. Residential, commercial and charming restaurants will be seamlessly integrated throughout the complex, with structural elements that represent the identity of the renowned Italian label.
