It is making it easier for the ones who make things right and bad for people/companies who take advantage of people cause many things they both do can be seen in public. I attended ARDA, specifically the resale forum, as well as meetings with DAE, and also saw SMTN’s pitch for their new brokerage service. I think the industry is on a precipice, and they need to act correctly to regain consumer loyalty and positive brand recognition. I am optimistic though. 2012 should be an interesting year.
