What I see is that the distinguished traveler who chooses the high end of leisure economics such as PRC’s or Fractionals wants more variety without sacrificing the level of luxury and service they have grown acustom to.

My personal opinion is that most fractional ownership shares, being located in resort locations, will tend to be volatile in price appreciation, and probably not competitive on a price per sq. meter or sq. ft. basis to other traditional properties available for sale.
